Tasks Unstuck is an AI-powered accountability coach that helps you stay focused on what matters. Set a goal, manage your todos, and have real conversations with a coach that checks in with you every day.

This isn't a task manager. It's the thing that asks whether you're actually working on the right tasks.

How It Works

You set one active goal. Not a list of goals, one goal you're working toward right now. Then you add todos linked to that goal. Every morning your coach sends a notification, and when you tap it, it already knows your goal and your open todos. Then it asks you something real.

Privacy by Design

Your goals and your conversations with your coach are personal. Everything stays on your device. Your API key is stored in the iOS Keychain and never leaves the secure enclave. There is no backend, no account, and no tracking.

Overview

Tasks Unstuck is designed with privacy as a core principle. Your goals, todos, and coaching conversations are yours alone.

Data Collection

Tasks Unstuck does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers. The app has no backend, no analytics, and no tracking.

Local Storage

All your data is stored locally on your device:

  • Goals and todos
  • Conversation history
  • App settings and preferences

This data never leaves your device. I cannot access it, and neither can anyone else.

API Key Storage

Your LLM API key is stored exclusively in the iOS Keychain or Android Keystore. It is never written to the app database, never logged, and never transmitted to any server other than your chosen AI provider (Anthropic or OpenRouter) at the moment of an API call.

AI Provider Requests

When you chat with your coach, the app sends your messages directly from your device to Anthropic or OpenRouter using your own API key. These requests are subject to the privacy policy of your chosen provider. Tasks Unstuck itself never sees or stores this data.

Notifications

Daily reminders are scheduled entirely on your device using local notifications. No external server is involved.

Analytics & Tracking

This app does not use:

  • Analytics services
  • Crash reporting
  • Advertising SDKs
  • Any third-party tracking

Data Deletion

You can clear all conversations at any time through Settings. Deleting the app removes all local data permanently.

Children's Privacy

Tasks Unstuck does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

If this privacy policy is updated, the new version will be posted in the app and the "Last updated" date will be changed.
